Restaurant Interior Design Concept

My restaurant is ready for a full interior refresh and I want a cohesive concept that covers everything guests experience from the moment they step through the door. I will share the existing floorplan, photos, and brand guidelines; your task is to transform these into a distinctive, operationally smart design package.

Scope of work
• Develop two initial mood boards and a clear design direction that reflects my brand.
• Produce an optimized seating layout that balances capacity with comfortable traffic flow.
• Specify finishes, lighting, furniture, fixtures, and décor, including a bill of materials with sourcing links.
• Deliver photo-realistic 3D renderings (SketchUp, 3ds Max + V-Ray, or comparable) for the dining area, bar/pass window, and restrooms.
• Provide dimensioned drawings and elevations in PDF and editable CAD format suitable for contractors.

Acceptance criteria
The final package should be complete, coordinated, and ready for permit or contractor pricing: all drawings to scale, materials fully tagged, and renderings that match the specifications. I’ll release milestones after each phase—concept, layout, and final documentation—so we can stay aligned throughout the process.
