3D Resort Design

I need an architect to create a conceptual 3D design for a resort. I can provide topography design files for easier simulation.
Key Requirements:
- Design areas: Guest accommodations, Recreational facilities, Dining areas, Overall outer layout, and design elevations.
- Style: Should reflect local culture.
- Include amenities: Swimming pool, Spa, Conference rooms, Game Room, Suites, Chalets, Rooms, Restaurants, Back Office.
- No need for interior design right now, but just the overall placement and segments of areas plus the exterior design
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience in resort design.
- Strong 3D modeling and architectural visualization skills.
- Familiarity with local cultural architecture.
