Resisting Collision using three.js

Hi, I needed two things for my sam0le project in three.js. I m using a 3d tool three.js.
1. I wanted to resist the collision.
2. I wanted a sitting animation in chairs.
In my sample project there is a 3d model of aircraft with three chairs and 3d model of avatar with animations. Bith this model is in glb format. I loaded that model and the character control. But the issue is that avator and chair is colliding. I wanted to resist that one.
2. I wanted a chair animation control like once person is seated I can bend the chair little down for the comfortness of the avator.
I needed this urgently.
