Looking for a Freelance Architect / Interior Designer who can take up the project immediately:
Residential Wooden Structure Project (Basement + 2 Floors)
• Basement , Main Floor , Second Floor about 3600 sqft super structure + basement
The project 3D visualization, interior design coordination
Inputs: CAD file with detailed 2D plans, elevations-IFP set available and ready for 3D phase

Scope of Services
3D Architectural Modeling, including: Exterior massing and all elevations
• High-quality rendered exterior views
• Day and night renderings
• Multiple camera perspectives
Interior Design Scope: Develop interior concepts for the kitchen, living room, bedroom, bathroom, stair case.
• Interior finishes mood boards
• Marketing brochure design and materials
Deliverable Format: PDF, JPEG/PNG renderings, Editable source files (SketchUp / Revit / AutoCAD / Lumion / 3ds Max as applicable)
Timeline (Please submit timelines along with the fee proposal)
• Initial concept submission: ___ days
