Residential Three-Room Interior Design

I’ve just moved into a new home and want each of the key spaces—the living room, kitchen, and primary bedroom—to feel thoughtfully designed rather than put together piecemeal. It’s a residential project, but I’m not locked into one look across the whole house. For example, I lean modern for the kitchen’s cabinetry and lighting, envision something more traditional and cozy in the living room, and would love an eclectic twist in the bedroom.

Here’s what I need from you:
• Concept mood boards for each room that show how you’ll interpret Modern, Traditional, and Eclectic in a cohesive way
• Scaled floor plans or furniture layouts to confirm traffic flow and proportions
• 3-D visuals or realistic renders so I can “walk through” the design before purchasing anything
• A sourcing list with links, finishes, and fabric details that fit a mid-range budget

I can supply measurements, photos, and inspiration images as soon as we start. You’re welcome to suggest alternative styles or materials if you think they’ll suit the spaces better; just explain the rationale so I can make an informed choice.

Final files should be delivered in PDF (boards and plans) and JPG/PNG (renders). CAD files are a bonus if you use AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar software.
