Residential Renovation Visualization Expert Needed
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
Project Description:
I have several buildings that I plan to renovate and need a creative designer to help me visualize how they will look after renovation. I will provide photos of the existing structures (quality may vary), and I’m looking for ideas and proposals on how these buildings can be transformed.
This is not just about execution—I need design input as well. I want an all-inclusive proposal where you help conceptualize the renovation and create realistic before-and-after visualizations.
Scope of Work:
• Analyze the provided building photos and suggest renovation ideas
• Create before-and-after visualizations using Photoshop, 3D modeling, or rendering software
• Provide concept proposals for design improvements (facade updates, materials, colors, landscaping, etc.)
• Ensure realistic and high-quality visuals that can serve as a reference for actual renovation work
Ideal Candidate:
• Experience in architectural design, rendering, or photo manipulation
• Ability to propose creative renovation ideas based on existing structures
• Proficiency in Photoshop, SketchUp, Blender, or other 3D rendering software
• Strong portfolio with before-and-after building transformations (please provide examples)
Deliverables:
• Concept proposals for the renovation
• Before-and-after images for each building
• Editable files (if applicable)
