I'm looking for a talented 3D rendering artist to help bring my residential property development to life. The renders need to be of a high quality and photorealistic in style.
Pricing structure:
Showcase previous projects individual builds, small subdevelopment, medium development and large and costs involved.
Key Project Requirements:
- I need detailed and realistic exterior views of the property. These will be used for marketing and showcasing the potential of the development.
- Additionally, I'm looking for drone photography to capture aerial views of the property.
Ideal Skills:
- Proficiency in 3D rendering software and techniques.
- Strong portfolio showcasing photorealistic renders.
- Experience in property development renders is a plus.
- Familiarity with drone photography and capturing aerial views would be beneficial.
