Residential New Construction Plans -- 2

I'm seeking an experienced draftsman or architect to recreate architectural plans for a residential construction project. The task involves converting current architectural drawings, including floor plans, elevations, and sections, as well as creating 3D renderings and visualizations. Additionally, the second-floor A-frame roof needs to be boxed out to maximize usable space, requiring some design adjustments. Note: Foundation plans are not needed as they are already poured.
