Residential New Build Design
Budget: $60 – $0 SGD
I’m ready to move from ideas to construction documents for a completely new residential building and I’m looking for an architect who can guide the entire design cycle. The system also asked me to choose a commercial category and I clicked “Retail store,” but please disregard that—this job is strictly residential.
Here’s what I need: concept development, schematic layouts, detailed floor plans, elevations, and a coordinated 3D model so that I can visualise the space and share accurate drawings with my local builder and permitting office. AutoCAD, Revit, or SketchUp files are all acceptable—whichever you prefer, as long as the output is clear and ready for structural and MEP consultants to pick up.
Deliverables
• Initial concept sketches and mood references
• Two rounds of schematic floor plans with revisions
• Finalised plans, elevations, sections, and roof plan in DWG/PDF
• A navigable 3D model (Revit or SketchUp) with basic textures
• Brief code‐compliance notes for my municipality
Acceptance criteria
• Dimensions and room names labelled on every drawing
• Files open cleanly in current AutoCAD or Revit without missing references
• All revisions incorporated before final sign-off
