I am looking for a skilled architectural 3D modeler to convert my 2D AutoCAD house layout into a detailed 3D model with realistic rendering. This 3D model will help me visualize my house before construction begins, so attention to detail and accuracy are essential.
Key Requirements:
1. Convert AutoCAD 2D Layout to 3D Model: Use my provided AutoCAD (DWG) files to create a 3D model. This includes all rooms, walls, doors, windows, and architectural details.
2. Realistic Rendering: Produce high-quality, realistic renderings of the model. I need clear views of the main rooms and exterior.
3. 3D Walkthrough (Optional): If possible, provide a basic walkthrough animation or camera views for a virtual tour of the layout.
4. Communication: Be available for revisions and provide progress updates as needed.
Deliverables:
1. Detailed 3D model based on the provided AutoCAD file
2. High-resolution static renderings (JPEG or PNG format)
