Residential Interior Drawings & Specs

My current projects are full-home, modern-style residence that now needs a complete interior documentation package. I already have the concept and general layouts resolved; what is missing are the precise working drawings and accompanying specification schedules that contractors can build from without guesswork.

Scope
• Translate the approved concept plans into coordinated floor plans, reflected ceiling plans, elevations, sections, and detailed millwork drawings.
• Provide electrical and lighting layouts aligned with modern residential standards.
• Compile finish, fixture, and hardware schedules that tie back to the drawings.
• Deliver files in both editable CAD/Revit format and print-ready PDF sheets, clearly layered and annotated.

Acceptance Criteria
• All sheets must be to scale, with title blocks, north points, drawing indexes, and revision clouds where applicable.
• Dimensions, call-outs, and material tags must correlate exactly with the specification schedules.
• A brief hand-over video or screen share walk-through confirming sheet set completeness.

I’ll supply the base architectural model, concept boards, and any manufacturer cut-sheets already selected. Please confirm which software you plan to use and an estimated timeline for the full set once you review the files.
