Residential Interior Design Project
Budget: ₹600 – ₹1,500 INR
I am seeking an experienced architect and interior designer to transform a residential space through the integration of two 2BHK flats into a single cohesive and functional home. The design should follow a modern aesthetic, focusing on clean lines, smart spatial planning, and a balance between functionality and comfort.
Current Status:
• A preliminary layout plan is already available.
• Toilets are fixed in place.
• Internal walls (except for structural columns) can be reconfigured as needed.
Design Scope:
The project should cover full interior and spatial design for the following spaces:
1. 3 Bedrooms
• One Master Bedroom with a walk-in closet and attached bathroom
2. 1 Guest Room
3. 1 Store Room
4. 1 Servant Room
5. 1 Pooja Room
6. 1 Living Room
7. 1 Common Bathroom (accessible to guests and general use)
8. 1 Kitchen with Dining Area
9. 1 Utility Room
• For washing machine, dryer, electrical panels, etc.
10. 1 Additional Bathroom (beyond the attached and common toilets)
Style & Vision:
• Modern and contemporary design language.
• Emphasis on maximizing natural light, spatial fluidity, and clean finishes.
• Smart storage solutions and zoning for privacy and utility.
• A warm and inviting environment that accommodates both daily living and entertaining.
Ideal Designer Qualifications:
• Proven experience in residential interior architecture.
• Strong portfolio showcasing modern interior design projects.
• Skilled in optimizing space while maintaining aesthetic harmony.
• Familiarity with structural constraints and renovation of combined flats.
• Proficiency in providing technical drawings, 3D renders, and execution-ready plans.
