Residential Floorplan Portfolio Designer
Budget: $10 – $30 AUD
I need a seasoned architectural designer who can jump into Rayon (or your preferred CAD/BIM tool) and produce residential floor-plans and elevations that read beautifully in a portfolio. The drawings must be dimensionally accurate, clearly annotated, and laid out so a potential client can grasp circulation, zoning and furniture placement at a glance.
I will supply reference sketches, site photos and any existing measurements; you translate them into polished plans suitable for publication in my case-study deck. Please show samples of similar residential work when you respond—seeing how you balance precision with presentation quality is critical for me.
Deliverables
- Two fully detailed floor-plan set in PDF and editable source file
- Multiple elevations and section views
• A2/A3 layout sheets ready for print and web export (PNG/JPEG)
• Turnaround: first draft within 3 days, revisions within two
