Residential Architecture Design

I'm seeking the expertise of a seasoned architect with experience in modern residential design. My ideal architect should have:

The Architect will be responsible for producing high-quality architectural drawings, working drawings, detailing, area calculation, 3DS Max, and Photoshop.

The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience and possess a BE/BTech / B. Arch or Diploma in Civil Engineering or Architecture. Proficiency in AutoCAD is a must, and experience in Revit is an added advantage.


Key Responsibilities:
• Produce high-quality architectural drawings, working drawings, and detailing using AutoCAD.
• Create 3D models and renders using 3DS Max and Photoshop.
• Ensure compliance with building codes and standards.
• Work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.


Qualifications and Skills:
• B.Arch
• 2-5 years of experience in architectural drafting
• Proficient in AutoCAD
• Experience in Revit is an advantage
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
