Residential Architect – Layout Redesign

I’m remodelling my single-family home in and want an architect-led redesign based on how my family will use the home.

I already have existing drawings (PDF) which I will provide to shortlisted candidates privately.

What I need:
- Digitize/redraw existing plans into clean CAD/Revit (existing conditions)
- Space planning: 2–3 layout options (improving flow + function)
- Finalize one selected layout
- Coordinate with structural engineer if any load-bearing changes are required (engineer can be yours or mine)


Deliverables: Please include the following deliverables:

Phase 1 — Existing Conditions
- Clean “as-is” floor plans (based on my provided drawings + verification notes)
- Deliver format: PDF + CAD (DWG) or Revit (RVT)

Phase 2 — Concept Layout Options
- 2–3 revised layout concepts Each option includes:
- floor plan + key notes
- pros/cons and what changes structurally
- 1–2 quick 3D views optional (nice-to-have)

Phase 3:
- Proposed floor plans
- Building sections / wall sections (where required)
- Exterior elevations (if exterior changes)
- Door/window schedule (if changes)

Phase 4 — Revisions + Support:
- Three (3) rounds of revisions included after selecting final concept
