Request for immediate 3D production Proposal:
Requiring professional drafting sub-contractor with complete skills in Fusion ‘360’
Coordination with Inventor, and serious competence with .Dwg, .STP, .Skup ETC Required…..and Vectorworks a bonus.
High volume ‘Theatrical Staging System Manufacturer’ , investigating potential of converting 2D shop drawing process (of 25 years ) - into Fusion.
Immediate:
1. Development of Standard templates for both Rental, and Custom installation of SHOP DRAWINGS. (Based upon below)
2. Conversion of relatively simple 2D components into full 3D Library for design and future use. (20- 30 items)…. with accurate 3D samples provided.
Future Relation:
1. Regular Consulting and production for custom installation developments, and updating of component library.
Requirements:
1. Professional availability and responsiveness. ( this is not Fiverr level…. periodic, ‘after -hour’ pick up gig’s, do not apply)
Assessment:
I will send you an Inventor created Format as example of expected ‘Shop Drawing Format’ expected.
I will send you converted Fusion/ STP/DWG 3D/2D file of a base component from our system.
I will expect: a ‘ Proof of Competence’ return which will include:
PARAMETRICS.
Automation of manufacturing is the requirement here.
1. XYZ parametric data functionality of said test component in Fusion. (70% fixed components)
2. BOM tables of required material.
3. Cut-List tables of all required components.
I can produce this, in 2 Hr, with given files…..Can You?
