3d Renders off Architectural plans

NDISP completes specialist disability accommodation. 220-270m2 houses up to 6 x 2 bedroom aparmtents.
We have 117 buildings finished and have 150 more under construction. Looking for ongoing relationship.

I am looking for a skilled 3D rendering artist who can create advanced photorealistic renders from my existing architectural plans. The purpose of these renders is for marketing and sales purposes, so they need to be visually stunning and attention-grabbing.

Skills and Experience:
- Experience in advanced photorealistic rendering
- Proficient in 3D modeling and rendering software such as SketchUp and V-Ray
- Understanding of architectural design and terminology
- Ability to work with existing plans and make adjustments as needed

Deliverables:
- Advanced photorealistic renders of both the interior and exterior of the building
- High-resolution images suitable for use in marketing and promotional materials

Timeline:
- The project should be completed within 2-3 weeks of accepting the job

Budget:
- My budget for this project is negotiable based on experience and portfolio.
