3D Renders from Archicad Model

I am in need of a freelancer who can create 3D renders from my Archicad model of a residential home. The model has been created in Archicad and i can provide the Archicad file. The purpose of these renders is for construction visualization and to use to market to clients. I already have all materials and finishes selected, so the freelancer will not need to provide suggestions in this area. I require 1-4 views or angles for the renders. I would like realistic renders with landscaping added and a vehicle shown on the front perspective,
