3D Rendering for Tropical Wedding
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
Project goal
To create a realistic 3D rendering of a tropical destination wedding setup for The Mill in Rawacou, in St. Vincent, and the Grenadine, accurately reflecting the venue’s layout, design elements, and ambiance based on provided materials.
Scope of work
The selected designer will:
-Create a realistic 3D rendering of a tropical wedding setup at The Mill, St. Vincent using provided materials (photos, videos, and floor plans).
--Highlight the natural beauty surrounding The Mill (lush greenery, ocean, and open skies)
- Provide design for both the interior and exterior of The Mill itself
-Incorporate the following design elements:
--Clear-top tents with draping and string lights
--Tropical flowers and accents.
--Rectangular tables with tropical centerpieces
--DJ & 2 dance floors
--Include guest-friendly features like a cozy lounge area, clearly marked 420 smoking area, and accessible pathways.
--360 photo booth positioned in a visually appealing spot with fun, tropical decor to highlight it for guests.
-Provide two versions of the rendering:
--Daytime view showcasing the Caribbean setting.
--Nighttime view highlighting lighting and ambiance.
-Ensure the design accommodates 60 guests and aligns with the theme of casual tropical elegance.

- Please include examples of similar work in your application, along with your proposed timeline and price. - Please convey how your design accommodates 60-80 guests comfortably while maintaining an airy, open feel.
-Add thoughtful design touches like custom signage, custom place settings, a designated bar area, or other ideas designed for guest comfort.
-Add tropical floral installations and greenery arrangements, to bring elegance and a natural vibe.
Notes:
- Spatial Flow - We will be serving a 4-course meal. Ensure logical placement of key areas like the dance floors, reception seating, cake/gifts table, and lounge, allowing easy movement.
- Emphasize the historic charm of the sugar mill, blending its rustic look with modern, elegant wedding elements.
