Rendering of a floating object

We are looking for someone who can render an object we've build called a 'Floating Oyster Nursery'. We can provide photos and a description. Also a sectional drawing of the object but we don't have sketches. The object is a prototype we have build with our knowledge. There is no technical information of any kind available.
We need the 3D model before the 2nd of December, so only freelancers who have time!

A description of the object and its function.

A semi-cylindrical elongated polyester on a water surface (sea-lake) floating whole in which it is built
left and right, but also front and rear, both closed air chambers that keep the whole floating (top). There are also water chambers at the bottom to store water.
In the middle there is an upwards open space that can also store water and is connected to the water chambers at the bottom left and right. These water chambers are equipped with sieves and cylinders.
The intention is that the water is pumped up from the middle strip of water and flows away to the open water surface away from the floating part, creating a pressure difference between the middle water chamber and the outer water chambers in which small cylinders hang. The water in the outer water chambers must thus flow to the middle chambers through a number of openings that are made in between and where a number of bucket cylinders with a sieve at the bottom also hang from these openings. On these sieves are small shellfish. The inner chambers on the left and right are also connected to the outside water surface with a shut-off valve (slide valve). As a result, water from the sea or lake with all kinds of organisms such as micro algae comes along the inlet pipe, valve to sieve at the bottom of the various buckets-cylinders that are connected to the inner water chamber with an outflow pipe.
The whole therefore works as a floating installation where algae-filled natural surface water is drawn in through a chamber with sieves and outflow to the surface water again, provided that it goes through the sieves, the cylinders with shellfish to the inner water chambers and then pumped out to surface water. The intention is that this will happen permanently.
Sometimes, however, the whole must be able to run in a closed circuit, for example when there is a storm, there is too much turbulence in the surface water and it is appropriate to run the system in a closed recircular system.
In this case, sliding valves prevent the water from flowing away to the outer surface water, but are diverted again to the 'chambers with sieves', provided that the supply valves for the surface water are also closed.

The whole is also equipped with spud poles, which are poles that can slide in a fixed sleeve tube on the system so that the whole always floats +- at the same level at high and low water (surface water).
In the inlet chambers of the surface water, there are also one or more different sieves at the inlet valve, so that larger organisms are stopped and the sieves on the cylinders with shellfish have to stop.
