3D Rendering of Water Bottle Lid

I'm looking for a professional who can create a 3D rendering (STEP file) of a simple water bottle lid with a flip-up straw. This will be used for manufacturing, so precision is key. The lid needs to be designed for plastic production. The lid will be a cat face (shown in one of the pictures) and will be similar to the design of the picture with the pink bottle with a panda face lid.
