3D Rendering of Two Houses on a Lot Based on Plans and Photos (Measurement Accuracy Priority)

I am looking for a freelancer to create a 3D rendering of two houses placed on a single lot. I will provide architectural floor plans, rough sketches, and photos of the site and one partially built house.
The main goal is accuracy in measurements and positioning, not aesthetic or photorealistic visuals. This model will be used primarily for technical evaluation and planning, not for presentation or marketing.
Deliverables:
• 3D model showing both houses placed accurately on the terrain
• Respect of dimensions and layout as per provided plans
• Simple textures or colors are fine – the focus is on structure and scale
