3D Rendering to Present Residential Lighting Design to Client
Budget: $750 – $1,500 USD
I am seeking a designer to draw (SketchUp or Revit) and complete up to 6 3D renderings (Vray or Enscape) of two or three views of living room, dining room and office, with accurate artificial light using files from lighting manufacturers. The goal is to sell the client an accurate lighting plan. I want to include some furniture, art, and accessories, but they don’t have to be exactly what is going in the space. Lighting to include recessed ambient and wall-washers, a few decorative pendants or flush-mount ceiling lights, and floor and table lamps. I'm still selecting fixtures.
I have AutoCAD floor plans and elevations of the three adjacent rooms in this older home. There are some moldings and other architectural details that I would like represented but don’t need to be perfectly accurate. I’m trying to give the clients a basic sense of what they can achieve with a flexible lighting design. I probably will want to show them different “mood” settings as well, therefore up to 6 final renderings. I have lots of pictures of the current space.
