Rendering Photos -- 2

We are a company that wants to adjust our photos to renderings. We offer Terraces, carports and canopies. We would like to find someone who is able to create us one draft of a rendering. I will provide an original photo and a rendering example. If we like you rendering, we offer you to be part of a big project. We want all pictures in different varianties to provide them to our customers. An example: One Terrace with sunshine weather in standard execution. Furthermore, we need the same rendering in different variations, this means for example with sidewalls, different roofs, and in different colors. So that our customers can see the adjustions for all variables. More information will be delivered. If you are interested to be part of our project, do not hesitate to contact me. We will pay for the first draft of yours, and choose the best one for our cooperation. We assume that in the end we will need about 200 renderings in total. To decide if the cooperation will work out, please send us a price list of yours (if available) - otherwise please send me the first estimation of the sum in total for all the renderings and all the project. It is important that you are able to follow our vision and can correct the small things that we would like to improve.
