3d Rendering (Hotel) | Architectural Visualization

I am looking for an experienced 3d Artist who could do a rendering for me. The 3d model will be provided (3dsmax + vray) and an image of the Rendering that should be achieved is attached. I would like to have exactly the perspective that is shown in the image (drone view) + 2 perspectives (1 x pool view, 1x lobby view). I need the images in 1 week, this deadline has to be met and can‘t be negotiated. Please do only apply for this job if you have at least 3 years experience as a 3d artist and furthermore in you have done archviz and especially hotel or resort renderings before (link to your portfolio is appreciated - so that I can see your previous work). I will need a preview (if you want to watermark it no problem) of the renderings before the final renderings are made. 2 revisions if the postproduction is not to my liking should be included. Final renderings should have 4K resolution. Fixed Price offer appreciated.

Attention: the provided 3d Model is empty (no rooms, no interior) that means you will have to do it - furthermore the scene has to be populated with people to achieve a vivid Hotel scenery. For the 2 detailed images (pool , lobby) cut out people (e.g.: VIshopper.com) are preferred.
