3D Rendering Coloring for Building Exteriors

I need someone to either create new 3-D renderings or use our existing ones and apply colors based on the products we are using.

Requirements:
- Color the exterior of a building in 3-D
- Use our existing 3-D renderings or create new ones
- Allow for one or two edits after initial application

Ideal Skills:
- Proficiency in 3D rendering software (Blender, SketchUp, AutoCAD)
- Experience with architectural visualization
- Attention to detail
- Strong color application skills
