Rendering of Building Exterior

I am looking for a skilled renderer who can recreate a realistic image of a building, for them to produce a near identical image (with a couple minor differences) Once the building has been done, we will then look at 5 different colour combinations of the timber and brick.

Skills and Experience:
- Proficiency in 3D rendering software
- Experience in creating realistic building exteriors
- Strong attention to detail and ability to accurately follow provided reference images.
