Render 800 hectares into Lumion

I need a 3D render of a 800 hectare plot of land in Lumion. The land has rolling hills and a creek running through it. The 3D render will need to accurately show all of this.
I need to know what you need from me to be able to do this as accurately as possible. Meaning, is there a website that has all the elevation and topographical information on it? Do I need to first purchase the data.
