Tengo 5 acres de terreno. Quiero dividir estas 5 hectáreas en un fraccionamiento privado.
Quiero que dentro del fraccionamiento tenga terrenos de 500 a maximo 2500 metros cuadrados. Las 5 hectareas estarán rodeadas de bambú. Y dentro planeo dividir las hectareas o los lotes con lavanda (planta/flor) y en cada lote sembrar ya sea viñedos o alboles frutales. Para que familias contruyan su casa de campo en este fraccionamiento.
I am looking for a skilled freelancer to create 1-3 exterior renders for a housing development project.
Specific Requirements:
- The renders should accurately showcase the exteriors of the housing units and the overall layout of the development.
- I am open to suggestions for materials and colors, so the freelancer should have a good sense of design and be able to provide creative suggestions.
- The renders should be high-quality and realistic, providing a clear visualization of the project.
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proficiency in 3D rendering software such as SketchUp, 3ds Max, or similar.
- Experience in architectural visualization and rendering.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to accurately recreate the design elements of the housing development.
- Ability to work efficiently and meet deadlines.
