3D Render Visualisation of Architect extension drawings

I am looking for a 3D render visualisation of my architect extension drawings. I need a freelancer who can create an illustrative render that will best serve my clients. I have existing 2D AutoCAD files that they can use, so this should make the project a bit easier. The style of the render should not be too cartoon-like, more in the vein of a realistic and illustrative view of the project.
