Remodel existing plans to Revit model
Budget: $250 – $750 AUD
Need a skilled revit documentor to prepare a 3d revit model of an existing 2d apartment design. PDF plans and elevations will be provided which can be converted to DWG files using Adobe Illustrator. Then DWG files can be imported to Revit for accurate tracing and modelling of existing building and features. Also refer to Construction Certificate Plans for specific wall types / thicknesses to be used for overall model.
Modelling requirements:
- Revit model to be 2020 version or earlier
- Everything must be modelled within the Revit program
- Accurate modelling of orientation to North, floor levels, walls, windows, doors as per schedules in Construction Certificate Plans, general internal layout (kitchens, laundry, bathrooms) and room names / numbers per floor labelled and tagged for placement on sheets
- Roofs, balcony awnings, fascia and gutter to be modelled as well
- All floor wastes to balconies are important and should be shown

- Share a copy of the DWG files from converted PDFs provided;
- Revit 2020 model of the existing building
- Require 5 business days turnaround from approval
