Remodel STL in Blender

I have an simple STL model that I would like remodelled in blender from scratch. Expected delivery of .blend file with full editing capability. Please don't waste my time by importing the STL and saving as .blend without remodelling. Please mention 'IAMABLENDERPRO' at the start of your bid to filter out the bots.
