Remodel CAD Geometry into simplified 3D model inside Autodesk 3DS MAX 3DSMAX object

Hello Freelancers,
I am a little busy with projects and need somebody to remodel some geometry imported from CAD into a simplified object. The current geometry is in many pieces and very messy. It is about 3 million Verts.
I need you to recreate a clean and simplified version of the model with 13 pieces or less and under 30,000 verts. Basically you can model the frame, struts and tubes and then duplicate four times and arrange.
Please see the example image, Object 1 needs to be made clean like object 2.
Plenty more work for the right freelancer who is clean and efficient at modelling.
You will be given a .Max file ready to go.
