Redesigning an existing building and its elevation for 2 floors
Budget: ₹5,000 – ₹8,000 INR
I'm looking for a professional to enhance the exterior elevation of my existing home.
Architectural & Design Skills
Architectural Design → Ability to reimagine layouts, spaces, and facades while keeping the existing structure in mind.
Elevation Design → Creativity in creating modern, attractive, and practical facades (material selection, proportions, aesthetics).
Space Planning → Optimizing use of existing space, circulation, and functionality.
3D Visualization → Ability to use software (SketchUp, Revit, 3ds Max, Lumion) to present the new design clearly.
Key Requirements:
- Renovate and existing plan for Ground floor + 1st floor and 2nd Floor
- Must have experience in Internal plan and exterior elevations
- Knowledge of modern, traditional, and contemporary styles
- Proficient in working with various materials like brick, wood, and concrete
Software Skills and Experience:
- AutoCAD / Revit / ArchiCAD → For accurate drawings and revisions.
- 3D Rendering Tools → For realistic visualization (Lumion, Enscape, V-Ray).
- Structural Analysis Tools (if required) → ETABS, STAAD Pro.
