Je cherche un architecte d’intérieur ou designer capable de proposer une solution d’aménagement cohérente, esthétique et techniquement réaliste, à partir du plan existant fourni en pièce jointe. Le projet doit optimiser les chambres, les salles de bain et les circulations, tout en tenant compte des contraintes de plomberie et d’électricité.
Programme fonctionnel souhaité :
Chambre principale : intégrer un coin bureau et un coin dressing.
Salle de bain principale : possibilité de la réduire si cela permet d’agrandir la chambre principale, d’ajouter du rangement ou de redistribuer l’espace vers la salle de bain adjacente.
Salle de bain adjacente : idéalement l’agrandir si la configuration le permet.
Petite chambre : l’agrandir, au besoin en empiétant sur la chambre adjacente, sans toucher à la chambre principale. Cette pièce est destinée à un jeune adulte et doit pouvoir accueillir un lit de 120 ou 140 cm, un bureau et des placards.
Toutes les chambres : intégrer un lit, un espace bureau et un placard pour les vêtements.
Livrables attendus :
Un plan d’aménagement proposé avec cloisons, portes, mobilier et circulation.
Un plan électrique indiquant prises, interrupteurs, points lumineux et éclairage de bureau.

Une ou plusieurs variantes d’aménagement si plusieurs scénarios sont possibles.

I am looking for an interior architect or designer who can propose a coherent, aesthetically pleasing, and technically realistic layout solution based on the existing floor plan attached. The project should optimize the bedrooms, bathrooms, and circulation areas while taking plumbing and electrical constraints into account.
Desired functional program:
Primary bedroom: integrate a work area and a dressing area.
Main bathroom: possible reduction if this allows the primary bedroom to be enlarged, more storage to be added, or space to be redistributed to the adjacent bathroom.
Adjacent bathroom: ideally enlarge it if the layout allows.
Small bedroom: enlarge it, if needed by taking space from the adjacent bedroom, without affecting the primary bedroom. This room is intended for a young adult and should accommodate a 120 cm or 140 cm bed, a desk, and wardrobes.
