Redesign 102 Imagines and create replicate 3D models

Redesign 102 images in a way that makes the design look similar but in a way that does not copyright infringe the current designs provided.
Ideally, this should be done through some form of A.I.
Each design has a picture of a character and text associated with this below. The name of the character and the image of it is the primary items that should be redesigned as well as any distinctive icons
Ideally, there should be some type of generated A.I that can manipulate these images to transform in the way needed the idea is to be similar to the Ape's NFT project

Additionally, will require that these 2D images then be made into 3D images. To my understanding, there is a third-party program that does this. If need be I am willing to pay for the licensing in order to do this.
3D images be able to associate with 2D image to utilize for purposes later.
