Reconstruct two existing buildings in 3D / ArchiCAD
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I am in need of someone to reconstruct two existing buildings in 3D using ArchiCAD.
The objects?
> Two office buildings from the 1950s (KTH campus, Stockholm, Sweden)
The job?
> Reconstruct the existing structures as 3D model in ArchiCAD (ideally, .pln file; other formats might work, too, but would need some discussion)
> Level of detail: general construction (walls, ceilings, roof, stairs, windows, doors, railings, connecting arcade) and layers should be understandable and distingushed enough as in exterior wall/ interior wall; load-bearing/ non-load-bearing; rough layering; surface textures distingushed (I'll allocate them nex textures in a rendering software later on)
> I do NOT need lighting, the suspended ceilings, electricity
> insert it into the 3D surroundings (just the closer surrounding; does not have to be more detailed than the provided file of surroundings)
> Do not have to be 100 % accurate - as also not possible; but as detailed as best conciously possible for the following job:
What for?
> Within my thesis, I am planning a redesign of the building, this includes:
- changing layout
- changing exterior appearance
- renewing heat, weather and sound insulation
What's available?
> Floor plans, Elevations, Sections (2010s)
> Construction plans, incl some detail drawings (1950s to 1970s)
> Photos exterior of both, interior only of one building
> general 3D model of the surroundings
> I have started reconstructing one building in Archicad, can provide that if wanted
>> some examples attached below
Challenges?
> most plans are old, handdrawn and in Swedish
> only simplified construction is shown (metal beams, masonary, lightweight concrete, concrete) - but often not specified (I have an idea of some parts, but in others it might need a little more research)
Until when?
> 16th July would be awesome, but can be discussed
