Realistic textures for 3D rendered model (unity, blender)

Brief is attached, we need to have realistic texture applied to our model, the model is ready so it is texturing which has to be done.

Model will be displayed in an app, high quality rendering is important.

Input format: .STEP format - we will supply it
Output format: .Usdz format – we require the modeled in the USDZ format
