Realistic rendering of 3D layout

I'm looking for a freelancer to create render image of a 3D layout in a residential property. The CAD file is provided to you. The ideal candidate should have:

- Strong 3D modelling and rendering skills
- Experience with residential interior design
- Ability to interpret and replicate a modern aesthetic
