Realistic 3D hair in Blender

I am looking for a skilled 3D artist with experience in Blender to create realistic long, blonde, curly hair for my project. Per the reference image. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of hair physics and be able to create lifelike textures and renderings. The project requires attention to detail and the ability to replicate the desired style accurately. Experience with hair simulation and particle systems in Blender is a must. The final result should be a high-quality, photorealistic 3D model of the hair that can be easily integrated into my project.
