I am in need of a skilled 3D artist or architect who can create realistic renderings for a building and its site plan.
Key Requirements:
- Creation of realistic 3D renderings: The artist should be able to produce lifelike renderings that accurately depict the building and its surroundings.
- Inclusion of various elements in the renderings: The project will involve creating renderings that showcase exterior views, interior views, as well as landscaping and surrounding elements.
- Utilization of existing plans: I have detailed architectural plans available, which the freelancer will use to create the renderings.
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proficiency in 3D modeling and rendering software (e.g. Autodesk 3ds Max, SketchUp, Blender, V-Ray, etc.)
- Previous experience in creating realistic architectural visualizations.
- Strong understanding of architectural principles and design.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to effectively interpret and utilize existing architectural plans.
