Realistic 3D Render for Training Video
Budget: $1,500 – $3,000 AUD
The prime objective of this task is to create hyper-realistic 3D renders to enhance a training video series. The rendered imagery will be integrated within the video series to provide visual aid and explain complex concepts.
Project Specs:
I'm creating a training video series for a construction company. At this stage, we are concentrating on the Earthworks and Concrete Stages of Building A Shed - which the client plans to use as onboarding training videos. I already have the video footage of the team carrying out the tasks, but I'm wanting to add some nice looking renders of the plans, which give a top down and front on view of site that aren't just black and white drawings. I've attached some examples of what I'm looking for in terms of the render.
Key Responsibilities:
- Convert plans into 3D graphics
- Realistic rendering of the various layers
- Deliver Photoshop layers for ease of integration with video content
Task:
Ideally you will create the various layers from the plans, and then provide me a Photoshop file with the various layers (For Example: Soil, Pipes, Top Soil, Earthwork markups, Retainer Wall and other significant points marked out on the grass, adding in scale and other important numbers and other key landmarks often referenced in the material). I can then take those layers and integrate them into the content as needed.
Desirable skills and experience:
- Proficient in 3D rendering softwares, like AutoCad or SketchUp.
- Good knowledge of Photoshop
- Expertise in creating realistic style designs
- Previous experience in creating renders from plans will be a bonus
I have drawings/site plans from draftspersons from the company, so all important markings are already laid out, so, I'm imagining it's like normal render from site plans, but with providing them in a format that I can use for the training material.
Your creativity will play a role in ensuring these graphics are comprehensive and engaging. At the end of this project, we expect detailed renderings, ready for use within our training materials. The Delivery will be either various layers or a Large .PSB with all layers marked. You will be working directly with me and I'm happy to jump on a call to discuss the project further to ensure minimal revisions.
