Realistic Neon Hat Brims
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I’ll supply high-resolution photos of five hats—two blue, two green and one taupe—and I need a convincing solid-glow neon band wrapped perfectly around the edge of each brim. The glow must sit naturally on the fabric, following the curve, casting subtle light spill and preserving every stitch and texture beneath it.
Because I already have the images, the task is purely digital compositing and lighting finesse; no stock sourcing is required. Please keep the neon effect on its own layer so I can toggle or recolor later, and avoid any loss of image quality when exporting.
Deliverables
• Layered PSD (or equivalent) for each hat with the neon on a separate layer
• High-resolution PNG/JPEG previews at the original dimensions
Acceptance criteria
• Solid, even glow with realistic fall-off—no visible hard edges or halos
• Correct perspective and curvature that hugs the brim seamlessly
• Original colours and sharpness of the hats fully retained, free from artefacts
