Realistic 3D House Model
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
Project Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled 3D artist to create a realistic model of an existing house(see attached), intended as the foundational visualization for a detailed housing modification plan. The model must include exact measurements in meters and centimeters, reflecting the true dimensions of the property.
Location Constraints and Requirements:
The property is flanked by other houses to the back and right. Your 3D render should incorporate the following enhancements:
• Swimming Pool: Positioned at the front of the building above the veranda and garage area, designed to allow natural light to reach the base floor that includes the front yard.
• Additional Studio: A one- or two-story structure above the backyard, also designed to permit natural light to the base floor covering the front yard, house, and backyard.
• Roof Integration: The current house roof is not a slab; therefore, we are open to suggestions for expanding the space by integrating a slab over the backyard for the new studio.
• Rooftop Features: A garden on the studio's roof is suggested, including spaces for a water tank and an electrical generator to support the entire property.
• Construction Materials: All new structures should feature walls made of ochre brick.
Design and Rendering Specifications:
• Realistic Style: The model should be rendered with high realism, capturing the detailed exterior architecture of the property.
• Architectural Orientation: The illustration must be meticulously detailed and accurate, serving as an essential tool for architectural planning and guiding the interior design and final construction plans.
• Space Optimization: Given the limited space, the design should cleverly utilize the area to maximize both functionality and aesthetic appeal.
