3D Realistic Character Modeling

I want a full 3D Realistic Human Character, with Skin, Hair,Textures,Clothes, Details,Acessories, it need to be very realistic and before I start the job I want to know how much costs each Character but for now just one, depending on Price, if the price is affordable I will maybe hire, and I want to know how many time to create it and The 3D Full 3D Model file have to be sent to me in the End of The Project.
