Realistic Blender avatar model needed - note the triangles resstriction

Hi,

I want a realistic model of a person. See picture attached.
See the limitations picture attached before placing a bid!

Requirements:
-The model must be made in blender and must be in the T-pose.
-The model must be to scale and look realistic.
-You must give me the blender file and all textures.
-I must have full right to use and sell the model.
