Realistic Basketball Mural for Outdoor Court

I'm looking for an artist to paint a realistic style mural on a medium-sized outdoor basketball court wall 4mx2.4m. The mural will be painted on an outdoor court, so it needs to be durable and suitable for outdoor conditions.
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience in creating large-scale murals, particularly in a realistic style.
- Strong understanding of weather-resistant paints and materials.
- Able to work within the dimensions of the designated wall.
