Realistic Architectural Animation Creation

I need a realistic exterior animation of my architecture project popping up on a vacant lot. The animation should effectively showcase the proposed design and its interaction with the surrounding space. I would like to achieve the pop up of the proposed design as if it's a "jumping castle".
