Ravit / Bim files

I am looking for a qualified freelancer to create Ravit/BIM files of both a new light fixtures and an existing lighting fixtures with high detail (Construction Documents). The purpose of the files will be for architectural design. The end result must be a finished project that includes all necessary details for construction planning and facility management. The files should meet the highest standards of design and detail.
Experience of the freelancer in creating high quality Ravit/BIM files is essential. The freelancer must be able to provide references of successful projects to demonstrate their competency. They should also have extensive knowledge of building codes and engineering calculations related to the project. In addition, the freelancer should have a portfolio of previous work that is similar in nature and scope to the project.
The freelancer must also be able to update the files according to additional requirements as needed. Cut-off dates and deadlines need to be adhered to whenever possible. The deliverable should include all required formats and be submitted as agreed upon.
