PC RPG Development Partnership
Budget: $15 – $25 USD
The project revolves around building a full-scale role-playing game for PC. I already have the core theme and setting outlined; what still needs shaping is everything from the gameplay loop and system architecture to the final executable and store-ready assets.
The work spans concept refinement, engine implementation (Unity or Unreal—whichever you can justify for performance and workflow), code architecture, 3D/2D asset creation, audio integration, and QA passes that lead to a stable release candidate. A modular approach is essential so we can iterate quickly and treat this project like a small “video-game factory,” pushing features through design, production, and polish in clearly defined sprints.
Deliverables at each major milestone will include:
• A playable build demonstrating the current feature set
• Source project with well-commented code and version-controlled assets
• Updated design documentation reflecting any mechanical or narrative changes
• Test reports showing how new functionality has been validated
• A final PC installer (and Steam build files) ready for distribution
Acceptance criteria: every milestone build must run on a mid-range Windows 10 machine at 60 fps, all listed features must be toggle-tested, and no blocker bugs may remain open.
If you can plug into this pipeline and help shepherd the RPG from vision to launch-ready, the next step will be mapping out sprint scope and timelines together.
